JaiHo at The Copping hamburger Arms, this restaurant accidentally went to check in, because I didn&#39;t do my homework in advance, so I didn&#39;t have particularly big expectations, and the result was unexpectedly delicious.

Found out too late that the cold tasteless porridge was made with almond milk. Bad for the planet and for me. When I tried to explain the waitress just walked off.

Called in for a family meal after moving daughter into University. It was fantastic. Three people had the fish and chips and said it was gorgeous. I had the French burger and I must say it has to be the best burger I have had in a long time. It was perfection. The staff were so friendly and welcoming and under these circumstances were really good at organising seating and keeping social distancing. Looking forward to next time we visit our daughter and will definitely eating here. Fancy trying the Italian burger.

I know it is London and at an airport but for the money the portions are far too small. Cheeseburger and a small portion of chips were nearly &pound;15. And &pound;4.60 for a large Diet Coke is obscene-we all know how cheap post mix is, so why charge so much. The best bit was the brown sauce they use.

We visited last week, reviewed but review failed the TA taste test, so we visited again. Overstaffed, under organised, flavour less frothy coffee, in a team work free zone, if our train had been delayed as long as the service here, we would have got compensation. Not recommended!

We celebrated our wedding anniversary at Caviar House. Caviar, Balik and prawns - all perfect. Excellent food, excellent service!!! A very special treat.

There are not too many people, it feels too cool to not have to queue for a long line, the experience is a great point, the taste is really not to say, especially with the drinks in the store, absolutely, the strawberry taste is the most my heart.

The quantity of the food is very less. Every time we order from Jai ho as we like the food but tester the food quantity was terrible. It looks they reduced the quantity by half. Really disappointed.

We had an excellent meal in this restaurant. The food is fresh, clean and beautifully cooked, the service was excellent it was a perfect choice for us. Our drink was served with a fault and we were not charged for our drinks which was a good response to the issue. Things don&rsquo;t always go right but at least they accepted responsibility properly.

Excellent meal out tonight. Eat out to help out and long queue but worth the wait for our first visit here. Very well set up for current situation. Wiping down everywhere including seats after a party leaves a table. Professional friendly staff. Delicious food. Equal options for vegetarians/vegans. Best meal out in a long time.

The breakfast in the morning was delicious - the eggs Benedict cooked perfectly. To finish off there was a lovely, friendly lady on reception to bid us farewell. This friendliness came across as utterly genuine and warm from all the staff and we would certainly return as soon as possible. Thank you for making us feel so welcome and uplifting our spirits.
